A plot will be allocated to you after full payment, while Physical allocation will be done when you are ready to move to site.
Can i Resell my Plot/House?
Yes you can, A Subscriber who has paid in full can resell. However, approval must be sought and granted by Twelve23 Projects Ltd for proper documentation and transfer of ownership.
Can I get a refund if I cannot continue with the Payment?
Yes you can, however a refund will be made in full less 30% administrative charges. Also, a 3month period will be allowed to process the payment.
Can I pay to your Agents/Marketers?
As much as we do not discredit our Agents/Marketers, it is the company policy that all payments be made directly to the company’s account and a receipt obtained afterwards.
